Pro: Vicinissimo al centro, adatto per godere delle sue bellezze e di tutti i servizi connessi. Il proprietario super-disponibile contattabile in qualunque momento, grande cortesia verso i turisti in negozi, ristoranti ecc. Catania val bene una Messa....

Contro: Attenzione se girate in auto: traffico caotico, includete nel piano assicurativo del noleggio la copertura totale, pochi euro in più ben spesi

Pro: The room is located just 10 minutes from the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The owner is very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. There was also a welcome treat waiting in the apartment, which was a very nice touch. I highly recommend this place!

Pro: We spent our Christmas at this accommodation and it was perfect. The location is close to the major sights of the city. The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy and airy and beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree. We definitely recommend this accommodation and will come back if we’re in Catania again.

Pro: The apartment is very cute and it's located in a perfect area. The owner is very very nice: one of my friends forgot her swimsuit in the apartment and he held into it and gave it to my friend a few days after when she came back to Catania for it

Pro: 2 Bedroom, very airy and quiet. Balcony and washing machine. Near tourist attractions. Garage parking available at a charge . Food shops in reach.

A good option for a few nights

Pro: The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the city center, in a quiet central area. Everything you need is provided. The host took care of small details like a welcome bottle of water and individual toothpaste, which is very thoughtful of him. It's rare to find such touches in rental apartments. Check-in was possible late at night. Good communication with the host through messanger.

Contro: The floor is a bit cold off-season, and there is a lack of a comfortable sofa or a couple of armchairs in the small room in the middle.

Toller Aufenthalt in Catania, Vermieter sehr bemüht, und hat eigenständig nachgefragt ob alles ok

Pro: Wir hatten mit dem Vermieter eine Abholung beim Flughafen Catania vereinbart. Bei Ankunft hat unserer Fahrer bereits auf uns beim Parkplatz gewartet und uns auch gleich die Schlüssel für die Unterkunft gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral bei der Altstadt in Catania, und zur Basilika Santa Agatha waren es weniger als 10 min. Fussmarsch. Infrastruktur rund um die Unterkunft vorhanden, Parkplätze sind zentral in Catania sehr stark nachgefragt und ich empfehle als Ortsunkundigen den PKW ausserhalb des Zentrums zu parken - z.B. bewachte Tiefgarage. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir auch Snacks, Mineralwasser, Kaffee, Tee usw. bereit gestellt bekommen.
