Pro: Posizione centralissima, vista impareggiabile, stile di arredamento raffinato, inclusi la cura dei dettagli (suppellettili raffinate) e una calda accoglienza (drink di benvenuto e offerta di pasticcini siciliani)
Contro: Questo aspetto era descritto, quindi il sottoscritto era informato in anticipo. Non c'è l'ascensore, per i vincoli architettonici all'immobile storico. Pertanto, questa sistemazione non è adatta a chi ha tanti bagagli e/o problemi di mobilità personale.

Catania a dall’alto
Pro: Splendido attico in centro Catania, posizione eccezionale, unico neo i quattro piani di scale ma alla fine del piccolo sacrificio una vista impagabile.
Contro: Struttura accogliente e pulita con un ospite gentilissimo.

Pro: Lattico Mea è una struttura meravigliosa, i proprietari sono davvero fantastici, dalle foto non traspare la bellezza di questo posto, ha una vista mozzafiato ed è dotato di ogni confort! C'è un'attenzione all'ospite fenomenale, ci è sembrato di stare a casa nostra, l'appartamento è dotato davvero di ogni confort! La posizione è strategica per visitare Catania, arrivando con l'auto c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in diversi punti vicinissimo casa, noi sicuramente ci torneremo! A presto ragazzi e grazie di tutto!
Contro: Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi il materasso, troppo morbido per i miei gusti personali, ma ad esempio al mio compagno andava bene, ma ripeto è una cosa soggettiva perché il materasso è oggettivamente nuovo e in ottimo stato...

Excellent views and balconies, will be booking here again, when we next visit Catania
Pro: View and balconies were exceptional. Bed was comfy, maybe soft for some but good for us. Gorgeous vintage details of the decor.
Contro: Shower is unusual. It is shaped to sit down and standing space is not very big. But pressure and heat were good. Be aware good views come with lots of stairs to get to apartment. About 5 flights of steps.

Loved this unique apartment above the treetops.
Pro: Loved the unique location, above the treetops with a beautiful view of the cathedral and Mt Etna from one balcony and over the rooftops and city centre from the other balcony. Also it’s so nice to have a living room and kitchen while travelling.
Contro: The 85 stairs to get to the rooftop but so worth it.

Excellent apartment with amazing views - private and everything you need to access the best of Catania easily and with p
Pro: The views (various times of day) from the terrace are just awe-inspiring! We loved the proximity to the Duomo, fish market and Via Etnea. The pastries from the cafe on the ground floor were amazing! Elena was very kind and welcoming, and left a special treat for us in the fridge!! There was so much we loved about this place… watching the birds soaring above the rooftops- feels like you’re part of the city!
Contro: The tub/shower a little small- but very manageable.

Pro: The location and the views from this apartment is amazing! Close to the fish market, centre, nice cafe just downstairs. Well equiped kitchen.
Contro: Some parts were a bit falling apart and the whole apartment didn't fell really clean.

Lovely apartment and great views of the city
Pro: A typical Sicilian apartment in a great location near fish market and main square . 2 fantastic balconies to relax in the sun with a lovely view of Mount Etna
Contro: The shower was different. There are about 70 steps up to the apartment so please be aware if you have mobility problems
