Pro: Sicuramente il comfort e la quiete. La villa e’ spaziosa con tutto cio’ che occorre per rilassarsi.

Pro: Villa molto grande con bellissimo giardino con piscina. Padrone di casa disponibilissimo.

Host was super helpful, very nice property and good value for money, location not so great

Pro: Nice rooms and super clean with TV in every room (which we didn’t use but may appeal to others) really really nice pool and situated near animals

Contro: The location wasn’t a holiday type area

Extremely good place to discover eastern Sicily

Pro: Absolutely quiet location, Nicola's warm hospitality, spacious house and garden, fresh water pool.

We would stay again next time - hope we can come back for a longer stay next time.

Pro: This house was perfect for us. The bed was VERY comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and lawns where we enjoyed a cocktail at the end of the day and used the bbq to cook dinner. The main bedroom also has a large bath (big enough for 2) which we loved. Located on the outskirts of Augusta, only 3 minutes to large supermarkets but located in a peaceful rural setting. Perfectly located to visit south east Sicily. (We particularly loved the town of Noto). We did not use the pool - it was too early in the season and had just been opened but it looked inviting and I can imagine families would enjoy it.

Contro: There are a couple of quirks - like the fridge being located in the laundry - and I have separately written to the owner suggesting some extra kitchen utensils that would be useful, but none of these concerned us

Pro: It is a lovely house with a lot of amenities. Host was really nice, waited for us when we arrived to show us around the house. The outside area is perfect. Close to supermarkets for daily needs.

Perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends

Pro: Beautiful house with lots of space indoors and large garden. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool area where you can make the most of the summer days. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the communication was easy and stress free. The massage chair was a plus . Perfect location to explore the South and very calm.

Contro: A patio parasol umbrella would be a great addition to enjoy breakfast and lunch in the garden

Private location with lots of outside space & brilliant host!

Pro: Incredible host who was very welcoming and explained the facilities. Location was very convenient to use as a base to explore the surroundings. Private location with very spacious outdoor area and an incredible pool. The location of the villa is also very close to a supermarket. The villa also comes with bonus facilities such as massage chair/table tennis which is a plus if staying in the villa to chill. Will definitely consider the property again when going to Sicily!

Contro: Augusta is not the nicest of places however the base is very suitable if landing from Catania/coming from Malta by Catamaran and the location is very convenient if visiting Taormina/Catania/Syracuse/Ortigia/Noto etc.

Pro: Very spacious inside with lots of outside space. The owners were great. Good base for touring from and convenient for the airport at Catania.

Contro: Was just a bit hard to find but the owners sorted us out. Augusta didn’t seem the nicest of places but as a base for touring it was ideal.

Pro: Very quiet location only 1km from the town of Augusta, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Loads of space inside the Villa and the owner (Nico) couldn’t have been more helpful. He popped in most days to water the plants and clean the pool, but always let us know when he was coming. He was there within 30mins when the switch for the water turned off one day to reset it. He even took my girlfriend to the 24hr pharmacy in the town (which we couldn’t find) on Sunday evening so she could get some medication for her eyes. Really amazing service.

Contro: Nothing really to say, apart from it was difficult to find on the first day as out Sat nav and Google maps couldn’t find the actual name of the Villa, but again the owner met us in the town and took us there. I would recommend a car if you’re staying at the villa, but you can walk to the town if you don’t want to go visiting other places around the area.
